As you all aware to meet the ever- increasing peeds of our global communities, we provide millions dollars of support to prevent blindness, sponsor drug awareness and educational programs for the world’s youth and support countless other projects.Asmember of Lia)s Clubs International, You can make an irnact of health and well-being of people around the world.
If, however, we are to reach the goals we have established, there simply must be a sufficient number of hands available in order for us to proceed through those gateways that lead to an increasingly moje rewarding future. That is why we have determined to continue our emphasi on membership and club growth, and urge that we adopt more innovative ways to bring this about.
It is vital that you make every effort
invite in to your clubs indiy,duals you believe possess the community spirit and leadership qualities necessary for them to become quality Lions.
I wish to emphasize, however.
I wish to requestto every club president, and every lion, to work hard to achieve the success of our membership development targets, with your dedication and commitment I am sure that we can reach this target with out any difficulties.
Let’s rally round the Lions flag and make our movement a vibrant social club organization in the world.
